That’s right, folks! I went to my crit group meeting last Saturday and came back a 2015 NaNoWriMo Printparticipant. This time, unlike the previous two years, I haven’t a single clue what I’ll be writing about. I don’t know genre, I haven’t determined who my protagonist is nor my antagonist. What everyone wants is a mystery and the challenges they must overcome are locked deep within my subconscious.

I did learn as recently as last night that my muse is much happier when I stick to my tried and true and write between nine and midnight…two AM?…dawn? Daylight writing with all of the distractions, even with my phone on DND and my email program closed is just too much activity and my poor little muse is very shy. So once again, I’ll be pounding away at the keyboard while most of you are sleeping. Even my crit group is getting with my program. Our version of the Night of Writing Dangerously will run from 9PM to 1AM on, wait for it…Friday the 13th! Too bad my 2014 NaNo was a ghost story, huh?

Stay tuned to this page where I’ll be posting my progress, my successes and of course, my frustrations.

Write On!
